Beverly Lucy Garland (née Fessenden, born October 17, 1926 - November 5, 2008) was an actress who portrayed Ellen Lane in the third and fourth seasons.
She is best known for her starring role of Officer Patricia "Casey" Jones in the crime drama television series Decoy and her other roles of Barbara Harper Douglas in My Three Sons, Dotty West in Scarecrow and Mrs. King and Ginger Jackson in 7th Heaven.
