In an alternate universe there was another Metropolis similar to the original world which is where it's Clark Kent lived. However Clark had grown up without loving parents who would of encouraged him to be the superhero he was born to be and it would be with the support of another universe's Lois Lane, that this universe's Superman would be born.
History[]
Alternate Clark's past was the same as the other universe's Clark as he too was sent to Earth from Krypton as a baby and adopted by Jonathan and Martha Kent.
However his adoptive parents died when he was only ten years old and he went to live with his friend Lana Lang who encouraged him to keep his super powers secret and scolded him whenever he did use them to save someone. She said that using his powers would never give him a normal life and that one man couldn't make a difference.
He soon got a job as a reporter for the Daily Planet but never met it's top reporter Lois Lane as she was presumed dead after going missing whilst doing an assignment in the Congo before he even arrived. The Daily Planet was owned by Jimmy Olsen with Perry White running for mayor.
Clark still felt that his powers should be used for the good of the world and didn't like Lana's suggestion of hiding what he had. But all that was about to change when he met another Lois.
Season 3[]
One day whilst working at the Daily Planet, he was surprised to see another Lois Lane from another universe with Science fiction writer H.G. Wells. What was even more astonishing is when the name "Superman" was mentioned. Lana was with him and introduced herself to the equally astonished pair.
Later Lois was kidnapped by an criminal named Tempus. Clark heard Lois' screams for help and decided to help despite Lana's protests as they were meeting with her parents to discuss their wedding plans. As he saved her, he was unaware that the whole rescue was being recorded by one of Tempus' men.
Lois then decided to help Clark find his calling as Superman and at his apartment, made him the same outfit that her Clark had worn. Alternate Clark was unsure about the outfit at first, but Lois decided to take him on a trial. They flew through Metropolis where Alternate Clark dispatched many criminals and seemed to enjoy his new found identity.
However when they got back, Lana was waiting for him and showed distaste for Clark's actions and criticised the suit. She also began showing signs of jealousy from how much time he was spending with Lois and demanded that Clark put things back to the way they were, before storming out.
