Claudette Wilder is a villain in the series.
She was a greedy, sick-minded woman who wanted to use her late husband's mind control research for her own sinister objectives.
History[]
Claudette was the former wife of U.S. military scientist Dr. Wilder, who was worked on a project called "Valhalla" which was the choosing of three infants being induced with a dormant synthetic mind controlling virus that gave them free will to control themselves, leaving them with only a rash as an aftereffect.
But when the subjects were induced with a particular serum, it would make them mind controlled vegetables and use them as assassins whenever they heard the word "warrior"
However Dr. Wilder had a change of heart about the project and along with his friend Dr. Golden decided to terminate it.
The secret was kept for twenty years and during that time Dr. Wilder died from unknown causes and requested that the files of the project should be destroyed.
However Claudette saw this as an excellent way to make money and persuaded her daughter Katherine, now a skilled physician to help with this evil scheme.
Season 2[]

Claudette and Katherine stealing the Valhalla Project file after killing Dr. Golden
While Katherine searched the file room for the file, Claudette was tasked with keeping Dr. Golden occupied. However, Claudette’s seduction failed, and he caught Katherine attempting to steal the files. Dr. Golden tried to persuade her to not go through with it, and that tampering with people’s lives was dangerous. At that time, Claudette appeared along with her henchman Klaus, and said that this plan was her reward for being the “dotey military wife”.
She persuaded Dr. Golden to be part of it, but he refused and once again tried to persuade Katherine to stop this horrible plot, but was fatally shot in the back by Claudette. They opened the file and found three subjects: G.E. Mallow, Sarah Goodwin and Jimmy Olsen.
While Katherine is working at the plaza to make the tysion serum that would awaken the mind controlling virus, Claudette made a deal with a client named Mr. Moonhauen, who was a scientist and terrorist. Claudette planned to use the three now grown test subjects to turn them into assassins for profit and power. She assured Moonhauer that both the serum and virus can be mass produced and he could fool his people into pretending that they were just getting flu vaccines issued by the government and open clinics to inject everyone in his country to make them vegetables that followed his every command.
Claudette and Katherine were able to activate the virus in all three subjects. The first subject, G.E. Marlow, died while attacking Superman after an apparent overdose of the serum. Klaus had also been caught by the Man of Steel. Meanwhile Sarah and Jimmy were given orders to take out top Daily Planet reporters Lois Lane and Clark Kent.
Sarah tried to kill Clark with a revolver, but his super speed and strength as Superman caused her to fail. Meanwhile Jimmy was making his way to Lois' apartment with Claudette, Katherine and Moonbauhen close behind. DEA investigator Dan Scardino was there to pay Lois a visit. He saw Jimmy going up and said hello, but was hurled down the stairs.

Claudette and the others caught by Dan Scardino
Jimmy entered the apartment and tried to kill Lois with a sharp cutting knife, but Superman arrived just in time and stopped him. a scared Mr. Moonbauhen fled. To keep the Man of Steel from catching them, Claudette made a diversion by ordering Jimmy to jump out of the apartment window.
While Superman was saving him, she and Katherine made their escape as well, only to run into Scardino who had recovered from his fall and was now in the hallway holding Moonhauen at gunpoint. He then placed the Wilders under arrest as well.
They were presumably imprisoned after this while Jimmy and Sarah were cured once and for all from the virus and her late husband's research was destroyed for good. The nasty greedy woman would now never get her ill gotten wealth.
