Julie Dorne Brown (born August 27, 1963), known professionally as Downtown Julie Brown is an actress, television personality, disc jockey and video jockey who portrayed Samantha in the fourth season episode Sex, Lies and Videotape.
Julie is best known for hosting the television music show Club MTV.
