Howard Michael Mandel (born November 29, 1955) is an actor, comedian, television show host and voice actor who portrayed Mr. Mxyzptlk in the fourth season episode 'Twas the Night Before Mxymas.
He is best known for hosting the game show Deal or no Deal, reality television show Mobbed and American comedy series Howie Do It and his various voice works including Gizmo in the Gremlin film series.
He is also the longest judge on the reality television series America's Got Talent.
