John Victor Shea III (born April 14, 1949) is an actor, producer and director who portrayed Superman's arch-enemy Lex Luthor in the first season as a cast regular and in the later seasons as a guest star.
He is also known for his roles of Adam Kane in the science fiction television series Mutant X and Harold Waldolf in the teen drama Gossip Girl.
