Joleen Lutz (born October 6, 1958) is an actress and a poet who portrayed Sheriff Rachel Harris in the first season episode The Green, Green Glow of Home.
She is best known for her roles in various TV shows and films including Patty in Frankenstein General Hospital, Lisette Hocheiser in Night Court, Iris Dimarco in Fort Charles, Kara Gacy in Gacy and Donna Dorn in Takezo Kensei: Sword Saint.
