Lawrence "Larry" Smiley is a villain in the series.
He was under the delusion he was the next Noah saving people from a flood that he himself was creating.
He was portrayed by Mac Davis.

Smiley collected couples of each profession to save them from the flood and recreate the Earth afterwards. One of the couples was Perry and Alice, but Lois and Superman managed to stop him before he proceeds with his plan.
