The Lois Lane of the Alternate universe is a mystery as she is an unseen character, but it can be assumed that she had the same appearance and personality of the other universe's Lois Lane.
History[]
Nothing is mentioned about this Lois' past or what happened to her family except that she was a top reporter at the Daily Planet. In 1993, she then left Metropolis for an assignment in the Congo and was never seen again. After a while she was assumed dead and a gravestone was placed in the Metropolis cemetery in her memory.
Season 3[]
When Lois from another universe arrived, she saw the grave stone and was amazed what had happened especially since her other self was presumed dead and this universe was a world of chaos and mayhem and Superman didn't exist. However thanks to Lois' help and encouragement, it's Clark Kent became the superhero he was destined to be. (Tempus, Anyone?)
Season 4[]
Alternate Lois is mentioned when Lois is visited by the Alternate Clark. She told him that her feelings for her in the same way as hers for her Clark was for that particular Lois, but Alternate Clark answered that he had never met her as she had gone missing before he had even arrived.
Later on, Alternate Clark told his other self how lucky he was to have someone as loving and supporting like Lois and if the one from his universe had lived, his world would be a better place, especially for him. He had tried to find her with very little success, but H.G. Wells, a time-traveller offered to help Alternate Clark by travelling back in time before she disappeared and bring her back to the present alternate universe where they would be together.
