Teri Lynn Hatcher (born December 8, 1964) is an American actress, model, presenter, singer and writer who portrayed Lois Lane in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.
She also played a Lois Lane Impostor in Season 2 and a clone of Lois in Season 3.
She was also involved in the production of the Season 3 episode; It's a Small World After All, which she wrote herself.
Teri is known for her portrayals of Bond Girl Paris Carver in the film Tomorrow Never Dies and Susan Delfino in the television sitcom Desperate Housewives and various other roles, and guest appearances in films and television.
She has also appeared in other Superman related media; Ella Lane in Smallville and Queen Rhea in the new television series of Supergirl.
Teri has also written and published an autobiography called Burnt Toast and other philosophies of life.
Teri has one daughter named Emerson Rose from her marriage to actor Jon Tenney (1994-2003).

- Teri was one of three main cast members to have appeared in the Star Trek franchise, along with K Callan and Tracy Scoggins (who both guest starred in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) and the first actress from Star Trek: The Next Generation to be on the show having previously made a guest appearance as Chief B.G Robinson, though her role was so small, she asked her name to be taken off the episode credits. Robert Beltran who later portrayed Commander Chakotay in another Star Trek series called Star Trek: Voyager is now the first actor from the franchise to make a guest appearance where he appeared in Season 1 as Fuentes. Later Denise Crosby (Lieutenant Tasha Yar) appeared in Season 2 as Gretchen Kelly and Jonathan Frakes (Commander William Riker) appeared in Season 3 with his wife Genie Francis as Tim and Amber Lake.
